    Job Description About the Role As a Paid Media Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional strategists, overseeing campaigns across various channels with a strong focus on performance marketing across search (SEM), social, and programmatic. You'll ensure the successful execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, with hands-on involvement in both Google Ads and Meta campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and global teammates, including North America, to align on cross-regional media strategy. Analyze SEM and cross-channel campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance. Stay current on the latest SEM and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads or/and Search ads 360, including Shopping and YouTube. Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager). Proven track record with SEM and paid social campaign execution, optimization, and strategy. Agency experience is highly preferred. Solid background in digital marketing across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic). Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills. Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. This position is integral to a transformative initiative aimed at modernizing traditional accounting operations. It involves developing and implementing core process automation and establishing a scalable infrastructure that utilizes real-time analytics to achieve a significant impact. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks and month-end close including account reconciliations, thorough review of accounting classifications, preparing journal entries, analyzing business transactions, and delivering financial reports. This team member will also assist in the year-end close process, preparation and variance analysis of assigned budgets, and the annual audit. The successful candidate will leverage AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline and optimize existing workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and introduce intelligent capabilities for improved efficiency and accuracy.
