Develop and implement a worship set that resonates with the congregation and helps people connect with God.

Organize rehearsals, setlists, and communication so volunteers are prepared and confident.
Contribute to the broader vision of Calvary s worship culture and community impact.
Participate in special gatherings such as Calvary s Place (biweekly outreach) and First Wednesday prayer and worship nights.

Participation in weekly staff meetings, weekly 1:1 s with Lead Pastor.
Aside from Sunday mornings, is willing to lead the church in worship in other related functions, such as Calvary s Place (bi-weekly Mondays in fall/spring) and First Wednesday (1x month) midweek gatherings.

Responsible for the overall performance for Middle Market Banking in region, including the achievement of expected levels of client service quality, balance sheet quality, profitability and growth, and Risk Management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve as primary sales leader for team of Middle Market Bankers ensuring that Truist Culture and Sales Processes are effectively executed. Develop and execute a focused marketing plan, growing new relationships, and expanding existing client relationships.
