DESCRIPTION OF WORK
After attending an 8-week Income Maintenance Standard Training Program (IMSTP), you will be completing your job duties in an office-setting environment. Major duties include determining eligibility for financial assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, nursing home care, and waivers as well as any additional programs the department administers for applicants and recipients in accordance with state regulations. In order to accomplish these duties, you will interview customers either over the phone or in person; review, interpret, and correctly apply policy; data enter information into an automated eligibility determination system as well as perform manual calculations; type clear and thorough case comments about client circumstances and changes. All work must be completed within deadlines in accordance with federal and state policy. Complying with regimented policies and procedures as well as staying current with major changes impacting on knowledge and skill is essential. Job duties are carried out under the general supervision of an Income Maintenance Casework Supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Your schedule may change based on operational needs.
Travel and overtime: As needed
Work Conditions: Assigned duties are performed in a controlled office environment. In counties with District Offices, employees may be reassigned to different work sites due to operational needs. Reassignments will be made in compliance with contract language.
Telework: This position may be eligible to telework part time. Specific details of the telework schedule will be discussed during the interview process. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Montrose, Pennsylvania. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $51,971.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Four years of experience in interviewing or work requiring the analysis and interpretation of data; or
A bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Successfully complete Excelsior University and clinical site-specific onboarding and training requirements
Fulfill all requirements and adhere to all institution policies identified in the Excelsior University Clinical Faculty Handbook.
Work 2 non-consecutive weekends at a clinical site during an 8-week course term. The required work hours during a clinical weekend consist of Friday clinical orientation (2 hours) Saturday and Sunday clinical days (12.5 hours each, 6:30am-7:00pm both days).
Grade all clinical assignments using the included rubrics by the course-specific due dates
Remain present for the entire clinical day, adhering to the full duration of clinical hours indicated.
Plan and coordinate patient assignments for each student in the clinical group, consistent with the course and clinical objectives.
Demonstrate competency with nursing skills and associated technology (EHR, automated medication dispensing system, smart intravenous pumps, etc.)
Demonstrate familiarity with assigned clinical unit(s), facility policies and procedures; complete all facility required training.
Participate in pre- and post-clinical activities with assigned students within Canvas LMS.
Conduct synchronous Zoom sessions with students as indicated by the course.
Exhibit content and skill-based expertise when engaging with students; provide relevant evidence based professional examples pertinent to the topic.
Provide students with individualized feedback summarizing strengths and areas in need of improvement.
Complete individual clinical evaluation rubrics for each student in a timely manner.

Cabinetworks Group has an immediate opening for a Multi Site Controller for our manufacturing plants in Sayre, PA and Orwell/Middlefield, OH. This position can reside near our Middlefield, Orwell or Sayre plants--with minimal travel (approximately 20%)

JOB SUMMARY:
The Plant Controller is responsible for leading all plant accounting related tasks. They will develop a partnership with the Manufacturing Leadership team to support plant objectives and initiatives. Significant involvement in development and maintenance of standard costing process and systems with ongoing review of product sourcing/profitability. Committed to working in a team-oriented environment with a service attitude, providing financial information to operational areas, and actively participating in numerous ad-hoc projects.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting and Finance Lead in support of the entire manufacturing facility.
Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance departments
Generation and review of daily, weekly, and monthly plant metrics, including labor, overhead, scrap and throughput variance analysis
Month-end close responsibilities in the areas of labor entries and accruals, inventory reconciliations, material COS, overhead analysis, and transfer pricing. Ensure all accounting conforms with GAAP, company policy and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation
Strong emphasis on continuous improvement relating to financial closing processes, analyses, and needs of other departments.
Provide support and guidance on development of plant product costs, annual operating plan, and periodic forecasts.
Review and tracking of plant productivity projects coordinating with plant personnel on optimizing results.
Ensuring accuracy across all areas of inventory and providing support for physical inventories and perpetual transactions.
Support development of plant capital budgets and development of individual capital authorization requests (coordinating with plant management).
Ad-hoc projects and analysis.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior standard costing experience
Prior Plant accounting experience
Ability to build a strong collaborative relationship with plant management team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel, and standard cost / inventory systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must possess a sense of urgency and have a great work ethic.
Ability to interact with all levels of associates and work in a team environment.
Good planning and organizational skills combined with good written and oral communication skills.
Must be dependable and trustworthy.

Familiarity with Oracle
Salary starting salary is $115k commesurate with experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
