Essential Duties
Increase incremental parts sales.
Develop parts and service estimates and quotes as required
Prospect for new customers
Coordinate with Parts Manager regarding customers, promotions, product needs
Maintain Parts On Site Cabinets
Sell defined wear parts and promotional products
Deliver Parts when URGENT
Increase incremental labor sales.
Coordinate with Service Manager regarding service quotes and customer concerns
Sell inspection agreements
Sell maintenance packages
Prospect for new customers
Sell Extended Warranty and SECURE / PowerGard
Build customer loyalty by promoting and representing the 4Rivers organization.
Communicate customer problems via email to the responsible managers for resolution.
Complete JDU CSR Certification path
Complete other training as defined by manager
Develop a customer call schedule for the assigned area of responsibility
Make customer calls as scheduled
Submit call reports in a timely manner
Maintain A and B customer machine lists
Complete A and B customer product support purchasing profiles
Meet product support sales objectives
Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent

Perform Following Duties at the Front Desk:
Operate Dialpad to route incoming calls

Open and distribute all incoming mail
Work with A/R and A/P getting information to Admin offices

Essential Duties
Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on all types of heavy equipment
Engine rebuilds, axle reconditions, hydraulic valves and pumps repair, and transmission repairs are typical
Remove, disassemble, clean, repair, recondition, assemble components or parts
Analyze parts reusability, order parts, keep track of machine status, and complete repair in timely manner
Record equipment hours, serial numbers, complaints, causes, and corrections
Perform machine inspections and maintain accurate records
Use knowledge to recommend correct repair to service writer or customer
Mentor and train other technicians and apprentice technicians
Attend company-sponsored training to develop skills, knowledge, and expertise
Keep service trucks and all company assets repaired, safe, and maintained
Observe all safety procedures of the company and of customers
Safely operate tools such as: power tools, lifts, welders, hydraulic jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes
Work to the standards and values of 4Rivers Equipment
Perform all other duties assigned efficiently and professionally
Education and Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Vocation or technical degree, or equivalent work experience or training
Strong communication skills and self-motivated

What you'll be doing:
Provide direct clinical supervision, performance evaluations and disciplinary action of all assigned staff. Evaluate and ensure that competency requirements are met for all the staff.
Ensure and perform in-home supervisory visits with assigned team members.
Monitor staff assignments, caseloads, and team productivity. Promote efficient utilization of resources to achieve desired clinical outcomes and within episode reimbursement.
Support the coordination of interdisciplinary care.
Develop and maintain a system of patient tracking and financial forecasting.
Provide the Administrator with census, staffing, team productivity and other reports as requested. Identify staffing patterns and needs of the assigned team.

One to two (1-2) years of experience supervising clinicians in a Home Health Agency environment and experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Access to reliable transportation.
In-depth understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms for home health.
Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills required.
Compensation: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour
