5. Payroll

6. Financial Aid
Financial aid refers to cash released to an educational institution to help a student pay the school fee. The issuance of financial aid, whether scholarships, grants, or loans, aims to make access to education affordable to all students irrespective of their backgrounds.
- Assist Financial Aid and Career Services with basic departmental tasks; assist in student orientations and campus events.
- Interfaced with Financial Aid Department and supervised the recruitment and hiring of approximately 80 student employees.
7. Alumni
Alumni is a term used for graduate students of a school, college, university, or any other educational institution. The term is also used for employees of a company or a previous member of a group or an organization that has been retired. Alumni represent the institutions or organizations that they were previously associated with.
- Acted as primary access point of the Dean's office for students, alumni, faculty and other administrative bodies.
- Communicated and worked with Law School departments and student groups to assure effective exchange of alumni information.
8. Event Planning
- Scheduled travel, travel request/reimbursement forms, hotels, conference rooms, event planning and catering.
- Analyze budget of $4000 for student organization HOPE for event planning and community outreach programs.
9. Meeting Minutes
- Compose and distribute meeting minutes, routine correspondence, and reports, such as monthly budget reports, as needed.
- Assisted in the facilitation of parent/teacher conferences, as well as special student panels; recorded meeting minutes
10. Expense Reports
- Completed expense reports for Senior Treasury Director and myself monthly and maintained audit compliance procedures.
- Complete financial documentation including expense reports, interdepartmental invoices, monthly travel logs, requests for payment, and deposit forms.
11. Front Desk
- Managed facility operations and front desk.
- Performed front desk and secretarial duties, handled administrative and clerical tasks.
12. Faculty Contracts
- Processed payments for invoices and adjunct faculty contracts to Dean s office.
- Create and maintain all faculty contracts for over 75 employees.
13. Word Processing

- Supervised and evaluated the clerical staff in the Word Processing Center.
14. Student Assistants

15. Colleges
