The Process Engineer II is responsible for ensuring the organization is compliant with all applicable regulations and standards in the areas of process validations. In addition, this position leads process change and improvement throughout the different areas of the company, including manufacturing. Process Engineers also participate in technology transfer to ensure the processes necessary for new products are effectively translated to the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for electric propulsion thrusters and subsystems, including assembly, bonding, welding, and integration. Support production line setup, tooling design, and workflow optimization to improve yield, cycle time, and throughput. Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of propulsion system components and assemblies. Define and implement quality control procedures including ESD protection, contamination control, vacuum compatibility, and leak testing.
