Identify, resolve issues, and improve these plating processes to provide maximum quality and process availability.
Ensure all metal equipment is properly qualified and calibrated.
Process Development:
Define and optimize PVD thin films, plasma cleans, dry etching(metal etch), sphere drop, and redistribution layers for bumping processes in support of new technologies.
Develop new technologies across the portfolio of emerging technologies in semiconductor wafer-level interconnect manufacturing on multiple wafer sizes.
Quality Control:
Execute strategic projects for improvement of sustaining operations through monitoring statistical process control (SPC) charts and disposition of out-of-spec material.
Support process control, planning, safety, and quality organizations to ensure the equipment meets cost, quality, safety, and reliability metrics.
Use Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess and mitigate risk for critical processes, process modules, and tools.
Problem-Solving:
Drive process improvements for volume manufacturing using statistical tools, DOE techniques, data-driven decision making, and systematic problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in semiconductor PVD process control and process development
Proficiency in process set-up, optimization, and troubleshooting for PVD, plasma clean, and bumping toolsets
Strong understanding of vacuum technology, thin-film stress, adhesion, uniformity, and contamination control
Experience with under bump metallurgy, and optimizing plasma parameters (RF power, gas chemistry, pressure, bias, time) to achieve residue-free surfaces.
Experience fabricating a wide variety of interconnect technologies and metals, including lead and lead-free solders and other metal systems.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to lead our Florida warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for implementing our mission, vision, and core beliefs while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for DM employees.
Participate in R&D for new products and product improvements.
Host tours for prospective clients and promote Disruptor Manufacturings offerings.
Meet monthly with Droplet International management for month-end reporting.
Track, measure, and report company performance metrics (products, revenues, etc.).
Know products and offerings thoroughly and be able to speak to and demonstrate their benefits.
Streamline and bring efficiencies to manufacturing processes.
Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to Disruptor Manufacturing
Process Development and Improvement: Designing new production methods and systems and continuously evaluating and improving existing ones to increase efficiency and reduce waste (often using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies).
Troubleshooting and Support: Providing daily technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, resolving process issues, and leading root-cause analysis of defects.
Equipment and Tooling Management: Evaluating, selecting, installing, and maintaining production equipment, machinery, and automation systems, including the design of jigs, fixtures, and tools.
Quality Control and Compliance: Developing and implementing quality control procedures and testing methods to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards (such as ISO or FDA regulations).
Workflow and Layout Planning: Analyzing and planning facility layouts and workflows to optimize material flow, space requirements, and overall production efficiency.
Cost Analysis and Reporting: Estimating production, labor, and material costs, and analyzing data and trends to provide management with reports for better decision-making.
Collaboration and Training: Working closely with cross-functional teams (such as design engineers, quality assurance, and maintenance staff) and training production personnel on new or revised processes and equipment.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborating with design engineers to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and supporting their seamless launch into production.
Safety and Sustainability: Ensuring all manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety regulations and, in some cases, developing sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary $100,000
Performance-based incentives and executive bonus program (up to $40,000)

* Assist the H7 Quality Manager and Project Team in ensuring that the Client Employer's Requirements, Ferrovial Construction Quality Procedures and H7 Quality processes are followed.
* Primary point of contact on site, regarding all quality control/assurance aspects.
* Assist the project team and Site team to ensure the implementation of Right First time
* Perform frequent site visits to ensure the implementation by the project team of the Quality Controls.
* Perform the necessary visit to Factories to check compliance of product manufactured Off-Site, and complete the relevant reporting on timely manner
* Perform frequent inspections of the construction elements to ensure their acceptance. This includes to double check compliance of Test Results compliance, tolerances, materials, execution, visual inspections, etc
* Sign, review and ensure Control records (Site records, and similar) are produced, compiled and communicated on a timely manner
* Engage with the Site Engineers and subcontractors / suppliers to produce and deliver elements right first time
* Perform relevant and required engagement with the team to reinforce the Quality Culture (such as: Tool box Talks, etc.).
* Promote and maintain the Right First Time/continuous improvement culture on site.
* Support construction team on developing the relevant Controls, such as Inspection & Test plan, Digitalization of Inspection sheets, etc.
* Support the project on the digitalization of Quality process and its implementation.
* Review and check the relevant documented information for these engagements, inspections, etc
* Review and maintain the inspection and Test plan and relevant inspection sheet or other Quality forms. Ensure that inspection and Test Plans are accepted before work starts.
* To coordinate quality documentation and effect their implementation by liaising with construction and departmental managers regarding Quality requirements.
* Support the submittal of the H&S File. Responsible for the submittal of site records and certification documents of production
* To initiate, monitor and record effective corrective actions and control of non-conformances. Analyse the trends, and report accordingly.
* Ensure timely execution of benchmarking and sampling events with the Client.
* Maintain Quality documentation and registers and cooperate with H7 Document Controllers.
* Ensure any record of quality assurance are correctly presented and relevant.
* Assist during the audits, and compile the relevant documentation to close them
* Be part of Ferrovial Constructions Values & be committed to innovation
* Facilitating weekly quality sessions with Work Packages team including suppliers.
* Maintain a strong focus on key quality issues on site.
* Lead site, factory and off-site inspections with external parties, including clients. Track and close site snags, outstanding works, and other on-site observations raised by relevant parties.
Key Skills

* Experience conducting quality inspections on-site and in factories
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
* A valid CSCS card preferred for site access when working with site technicians
