Engagement Trainer Part Time
Our sales team needs an engaging individual to effectively train our Event Specialists to engage with consumers and increase sales. Position Summary
The Engagement Trainer is accountable for working directly with the event specialist in store to facilitate job training, onboarding of new employees and developing positive relationships with store personnel. Engagement Trainers are also accountable for the overall engagement experience for each event executed by the event specialists in their geography.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
On-board new Event Specialists (ES)
Meet the associate in the store on their first day and demonstrate how to set up, conduct and break down a product demonstration.
Introduce the ES to the store management team and review protocol for contact and engagement with store management.
Coach the ES on the retailer's engagement model.
Coach the ES on how to file their paperwork.
Build relationships with the store management team.
Develop rapport with the store management team.
Understand store's engagement goals and work to support.

Train and Develop existing ESs
Work with ES on a regular schedule, to continue training in support of event management, customer engagement, store relationship building and salesmanship.

Job Duty
* Collaborates with the Vice President, Sales to develop a 3-5 year sales strategy and an annual Sales plan and provide quarterly updates to senior leadership, as well as revisions and modifications to the Plan for each region.
* Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the CDS business plan for the regional sales offices.
* Create conduct and present CDS' marketing services to existing and prospective clients.

* Develop sales metrics used to assess regional sales teams' performance.
* Manage and direct personnel, which includes selection, work allocation, training, development and problem resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions; motivate, coach, inspire, and mentor employees to achieve peak productivity and performance;
* Be a creative force to develop new programs and services for Costco and its vendors. Sell in these services and ensure their successful implementation.
* Ensure strong sales/operations relationships and effective communications. Work with the Director of Field Operations to resolve issues and drive programs.
