The campus comprises approximately 4,000 feet of building space served by multiple high voltage electric feeders transformed to lower voltages at the building level. This role requires considerable independence within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the installation of conduits, wiring, fixtures, devices, and equipment on campus.
+ Manage maintenance and switching of the high voltage electrical system, isolating buildings and cable sections for maintenance and repairs.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in campus buildings and infrastructure.
+ Maintain campus fire alarm systems, including testing devices and diagnosing system issues.
+ Research and apply new operational methods, techniques, and equipment.
