Position Objective
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for directly supporting the Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Department.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide support to all functions within the human resources team: recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, payroll, employee health, and training and development
Plan and schedule meetings, create agendas, and attend meetings in order to record action items and minutes

The Patient Access Representative is primarily responsible for serving patients' needs by scheduling appointments for a variety of primary and specialty providers. Position Objective
The Health Information Associate is responsible for processing the completion of medical records within the electronic medical record. Program Overview

Benefit time off will continue to accrue based on hours paid.
If the employee completes the MLT program, but does not pass the Medical Laboratory Technician Certification, maintain passing grades (C or above), meet minimum program requirements or remain employed at least 0.5 FTE for three (3) years post-graduation, the employee will be responsible to pay back 100% of the employer paid program costs to Alomere Health.

The Infection prevention Quality Nurse reports to the Director of Quality and Risk Management.

What is a Respiratory Therapist (RT)?
The Respiratory Therapist is tasked with administering a wide range of respiratory care services, catering to patients across all age groups, from infants to adults, while adapting treatments to individual diagnoses and needs. Their responsibilities encompass various modalities such as oxygen administration, nebulizer treatment, ventilator management, and specialized diagnostic studies, requiring both departmental and professional skills.
Program Overview
The intent of this program is to provide internal growth opportunities for current Alomere Health employees to take their career to the next level as a Respiratory Therapist at Alomere Health.
Alomere Health will pay 100% of all expenses directly associated with tuition/books/scrubs/etc. This is a two (2) year Associate's degree.
Employees will remain employed throughout their schooling. Department leadership will work with the employee to balance the work schedule with the school schedule.
The employee's current benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) will remain in place even though employee's may be working less than their hired status (FTE).
Benefit time off will continue to accrue based on hours paid.
If the employee completes the RT program, but does not pass the Respiratory Therapist License, maintain passing grades (C or above), meet minimum program requirements or remain employed at least 0.5 FTE for three (3) years post-graduation, the employee will be responsible to pay back 100% of the employer paid program costs to Alomere Health.

Position Objective

Essential Responsibilities

The LPN/CMA supports the Provider in provision of individualized patient care, direct and indirect in an outpatient clinical setting. Position Objective
The Clinical Dietitian will be under the general supervision of, and report directly to, the Food & Nutrition Services Director (FNS). In the absence of the FNS Director, the Staff Dietitian will assume the duties of the FNS Director. The Staff Dietitian will also be serving the hospital as a Clinical Dietitian with responsibilities for patient visitations and monitoring patient screens and screening/assessing patient's nutritional needs.
