This individual will be responsible for hands-on facility maintenance and upkeep, while also leading our front desk and custodial staff. The Building Supervisor will ensure that our buildings and grounds are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support daily operations. The Staff Accountant will support the month close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and job cost reporting. This position will work under the supervision of the accounting compliance manager. Other responsibilities include assisting in independent external financial audits as needed. As a Training Specialist for PSC, the incumbent will administer: Production and distribution of training or classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. Maintain training rosters and/or records for all training classes or learning activities. Assist in multiple training events in a corporate or community-based setting utilizing traditional or modern job training. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Five years minimum experience operating in the crane and rigging industry. Able to work in a team environment and assist where needed across the Power Delivery organization. Willing to travel to multiple locations to facilitate training as needed. Problem solving skills. Must also be able to operate heavy equipment such as Buckets, Digger Derricks, Back Yard Machines, Forklifts, and Sky lifts. Knowledge in lift plans (critical and non-critical) Knowledge in personnel hoisting Must meet all requirements for obtaining CPR/First Aid/AED certifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook This job operates in a professional setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required. Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
