The Air Logistics Warehouse Agent is responsible for moving and sorting small packages by hand and pushcart from containers inside the warehouse to semi-trucks, in an open air, uncontrolled temperature environment.

Build up package containers ready for outbound flights
Break down package containers from arriving flights
Remove tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading
Sort, scan and move small packages within the warehouse
Operate package handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts)
Check air express containers for proper piece count
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in similar role required
Valid Driver's license required

Job Summary
The Air Logistics Senior Manager Express Operations will be responsible for the management of warehouse operations and airport ramp operations while also working with internal and external executive-level contract partners to ensure efficient handling of Express packages. This is a cross-dock operation; our role is to facilitate daily throughput of packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage. Our indoor facility is an open-air environment and not temperature controlled, and you may work in or around aircraft. Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, lead and control staff to promote a workplace culture of teamwork, self-motivation, and pride within a diversified and multi-cultural work environment

• Demonstrate diligence required to maintain security under local Airport Police, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and United States Customs/Border Protection (USCBP) Regulations and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Challenge any persons not displaying an airport I.D. badge within a WFS warehouse or any Airport Operational Area. (AOA)
• Prepare various operational reports, providing weekly and monthly data regularly, including special reports requested on an ad hoc basis
• Must complete injury reports and damage reports as required
• Authorize/ensure post-accident and post-injury testing is done as required
• Assist customer representatives in providing information and data for various compliance reports and audits
• Maintain records and appointments necessary for employment on the airport such as airport badge appointments, USCBP interviews, or other government-required meetings
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Airline/Logistics/Transportation experience preferred
• 5 years of leadership and management experience required
• Must possess leadership skills with the ability to train and develop personnel
• Must be able to continually respond to and prioritize within a fluid work environment
• Must have ability to work across the 24/7 schedule based on the needs of the busines

Job Summary
The classification of Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services includes managing, coordinating and controlling airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions (as described below); monitors the quantity and quality of work performance; directing personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements; participating in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates, ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations, Company standards and contractual agreements; ensures budgetary controls and manning requirements. The cleaning and servicing of cabin interiors, including cockpit and lavatories; draining lavatories; checking, handling, assembling, removing and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates and dispatches all bus operator assignments for revenue service, special events, and emergency response.
Assist in the creation, selection, and software system entry of sign-ups and holiday sign-ups.
Responsible for monitoring operators' vacation and vacation floaters balances before entering them into the software system.
Verifies and inputs general payroll activities
Validates and inputs entries into personnel records
Responsible for monitoring the attendance of probationary, full-time, and part-time bus operators.
Administers counseling and disciplinary action as required to those operators not meeting attendance expectations or performance standards.
Works closely with other VIA divisions to administer positive discipline as required and refers all disciplinary actions to appropriate VIA personnel and/or Manager of Bus Service Operations. Administers positive discipline as necessary to bus operators for violations of VIA policy, rules, and regulations.
Processes operators leave requests with appropriate documentation to include but not limited to:
• Jury Duty/Summons
• Sick Leave
• Military
• Bereavement
• FMLA
• Unpaid Leave
Responsible for contacting Bus Operators regarding existing rules and service requirements and/or messages from other VIA divisions.
Ensures that all entries of daily activities, promotional and special event slips are in the software system for various reports.
Make all necessary arrangements for bus changes, space fillers, schedule adjustments, promotional service, and maintain communication with other departments involved in the performance of these functions.
Prioritizes reported problems, formulates, coordinates, and directs the appropriate course of action.
Conducts periodic uniform inspections and equipment checks.
Identifies operators who exhibit behaviors under reasonable suspicion for referral to drug and alcohol testing.
Identifies operators exhibiting signs of being unfit for duty and refers to such operators for scheduling fitness examinations with VIA's health provider.
Ensures that all discipline, work assignments and related work is conducted in accordance with the "Memorandum of Working Conditions for Hourly-Paid Employees," and the "Operators Manual of Rules and Procedures" and all related bulletins.
Ensures that service is dispatched from garage as scheduled.
Responsible for following the accident/incident reporting process.
Administers the part-time and extra board operator program.
Monitors and evaluate operator requests for secondary employment outside of VIA.
Trains/assists operators with the "Employee Portal".
Maintains a petty cash inventory and is responsible for all currency transactions conducted by the Bus Station Supervisor.
Responsible for conducting annual performance evaluations for all bus operators.
Supports bus operator's recognition efforts.

Job Summary
The work of a Warehouse Agent includes the following: loading and unloading of cargo (mail, express, freight, and company material) on and off aircraft; the transporting of cargo between terminals and aircraft; the ramp transfers of cargo where required; the receiving, delivering, and physical handling of freight and company material, export at the designated docks, the completion of forms and messages related to and necessary for the performance of the designated locations of the functions described. May be assigned to perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities with or without powered equipment. May be assigned to assist in monitoring security of facility. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors' activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.
Responsibilities
Responsible for moving air cargo within designated warehouse.
Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
Build up cargo for outbound flights.
Break down cargo from import flights.
Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from semitrucks.
May operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklift, aircraft pallets and pallet jacks.
Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate when accepting or delivering cargo.
May transport cargo to and from aircraft driving 3,000 lb. vehicle using depth perception to negotiate vehicle with attached carts through congested area. Read "off-load" sheets to determine destination of cargo.
While performing aircraft push-out and/or towing functions, engage in proper specific ground to cockpit communication via hand signals and voice commands, with and without, the assistance of sight or visual aids.
Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.
Minimum Requirements
HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays, and days off.
Ability to judge distances.
Ability to successfully communicate with others.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work in a high-noise level environment.

Job Summary
The Passenger Service Supervisor oversees daily passenger operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused service delivery. The role leads a team of front-line agents, supports airline partners, and resolves escalated issues while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise passenger service agents during check-in, boarding, baggage handling and arrival processes
Ensure compliance with airline procedure, TSA regulations, and safety protocols
Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to agents to ensure service standards are met
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with airline representatives, ramp, and other departments to ensure smooth flight operations
