Essential Functions
* Analysis of plans, specifications, and other related engineering documents.
* Computer-aided preparation of quantity take-offs, verification of site conditions, review of construction methods and equipment utilization.
* Responsible for timely, thorough and accurate take offs.
* Assist in preparing bid documents and developing construction schedules.
* Provide and compute production-based costs.
* Assist in preparing quality proposals for pursuits in the region.
* Attending pre-bid site visits and investigations.
* Provide support and transition for successful projects to Operations.

Qualifications
* 3-7 years' experience in highway heavy construction
* Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
* Possess a positive attitude and excellent motivations skills
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interface with owner representatives, engineering firms, subcontractors, other team members and senior management.
* Competent in the use of computer software applications including HCSS or similar estimating programs, Agtek or similar earthwork programs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge in Primavera.
* Strong communication skills both written and oral.
* Time management, multitasking, and prioritization.
Working Conditions
* Location - This position will work out of our Scottsdale, AZ office.
* Travel - This role will be expected to travel to project locations and regional offices 5% of the time.
* Office environment - extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.

POSITION SCOPE
The Accounts Payable position is a full-time accounts payable clerk for the accounting department. POSITION SCOPE
The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and managing onsite construction activities for heavy civil construction projects to ensure quality and cost. This position will be a travelling position where the qualified applicant will be required to integrate and travel with a project team or paving crew to assist with all functions of the project. PRIMARY DUTIES
Manage job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing
Supervise, direct, and assist project staff to ensure individual development and that project standards are met, and work is completed on time and under budget

POSITION SCOPE
The OTR Field Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative and emergency maintenance of repairs and maintaining company vehicles, material delivery trucks, along with other vehicles and heavy equipment related to industry. Travel is required.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Performs diesel and gasoline engine repairs and maintenance
Diagnoses and performs power train component repairs and maintenance
Troubleshoots and performs hydraulic system repairs and maintenance
Diagnoses and repairs truck air brake systems problems
Repairs suspension and steering systems

Performs specialized component repair such as hydraulic and mechanical drives
Make minor repairs including welding and cutting

Develop and manage a comprehensive commissioning schedule from the base line CPM for all I&C systems and Low Voltage start-ups and commissioning activities.
