Insure policies are met on the project. Report employee complaints and violations immediately to Human Resources for action. Perform on-going training of assigned employees in all areas of the work. Authority: To direct the work of employees, suppliers, and subcontractors assigned to you on the project. Education & Experience: Field experience in landfill construction or heavy civil construction with a focus on mass excavation, HDPE pipe installation experience is a plus.
