The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Application Analyst II - Training Content Developer.
The Application Analyst II - Training Content Developer provides training content development services to all UHS operations to increase the effectiveness of UHS staff and management to ensure the delivery of superior quality healthcare services to all customers. Develops management and employee training initiatives with respect to both content and delivery methods for UHS facilities to achieve learning objectives. Assists with training initiatives and projects and provides ongoing support for assigned divisions and departments. Key Responsibilities include:

Develops training aids, manuals, help content, and other reusable materials to meet the pre-defined curricula, course outlines, and instructional methods. Can highlight when updates to curricula may be needed.
Develops and maintains documentation (including Glossaries, FAQs and intuitive self-service within Workday for end users).
Provides analytics around material/training usage and training effectiveness.
Regularly assesses and analyzes training needs, identifies gaps and recommends solutions. Ensures that training materials are developed to facilitate a learning experience that is interactive and engaging (using a blend of live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and eLearning modules).
Consults with leadership to develop and deliver learning initiatives to improve employee performance.
Position Requirements:
Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in training development, particularly in ERP system implementations, or comparable enterprise software training programs.
Proven experience in creating and delivering training materials for large-scale systems, preferably Workday or similar ERP Cloud platforms via eLearning, classroom training, and virtual sessions.
Experience with WalkMe, Maverick, and/or Workday Case Management (WD articles and the Workday Chatbot) is preferred.
Working knowledge of adult learning methods and practices.
Ability and experience to engage UHS sites/departments to identify and address the needs of learners working in our facilities.

What You'll Do
Develop, enhance and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications and backend services.
Build and enhance AI-powered features and capabilities, leveraging modern frameworks and best practices.
Research and integrate LLM and AI technologies to improve both customer-facing product functionality and internal engineering processes.
Partner with product management to translate business goals into practical, high-performing technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects to evaluate and influence system design decisions and ensure long-term scalability.
Work closely with UX designers to ensure implementations align with intended user experience goals.
Contribute to code reviews and ensure software meets high standards for quality, performance, and security.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and implementation through testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.
Mentor peers and junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of professional experience developing web applications in a collaborative Agile environment.
3+ years of experience building responsive web applications with some combination of C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript and Web Forms.
Hands-on experience integrating and developing with AI/ML models or APIs such as OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI/ML, or Hugging Face.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and working within event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework Core or similar).
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps pipelines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
BS and/or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bonus Point For
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer) or building internal automation tools.
Background in healthcare or behavioral health software or familiarity with EHR systems.
Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance considerations related to AI and healthcare technology (e.g., HIPAA).
Experience designing or contributing to AI validation frameworks, prompt testing, or evaluation pipelines.
Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD best practices.

Our Order Builders work in a fast-paced warehouse environment making sure our customers stores are fully stocked with Coca-Cola products, refreshing the World, and providing moments of optimism and happiness.
Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
Daily Activities Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.
Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
