Orientation: First days of orientation and training will take place in Fort Worth, TX (Required). Experience: 4-10 years as an Apprentice or Tradesman in a commercial setting. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years of experience in heavy commercial electrical work strongly recommended. Technical Skills: Experience with conduit bends, wire pulls, high-voltage circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear. Blueprints & Codes: Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, specifications, codes, and electrical formulas. Safety & Certifications: Apprentice license required; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; knowledge of OSHA lock-out/tag-out, NFPA-70E, and National Electrical Code. ID Requirements: Must have two valid forms of ID for employment. Preferred Training: At least 4 hours of formal NFPA-70E training, including arc-flash dynamics, hazard analysis, and PPE requirements.
