Minimum Qualifications: + Expert proficiency with SQL and extensive experience with traditional RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). + Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for data architecture and storage solutions. + Mastery of programming languages such as Python and PySpark for data engineering tasks. + In-depth knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools, including both traditional (e.g., SSIS, Informatica) and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks). + Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams. + Expert understanding of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management philosophies and methodologies, and capable of applying them to data architecture projects to ensure alignment with business goals and efficient execution. + Demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements. + Proven experience in providing mentorship and guidance to junior and senior architects. Preferred Qualifications: + A Master's Degree in an analytics-related field such as information systems, data science / analytics, statistics, computer science, mathematics and 4 years of experience. + or + 8 years of professional experience in analytics role in an analytics-related field such as statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, data science / analytics. + or + Bachelors degree in an analytics-related field such as information systems, data science / analytics, statistics, computer science, mathematics.
