Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a subset of Trileaf's projects: Perform a cursory overview of the project upon receipt, to identify any potential issues with the Design Intent, on-site conditions, and any additional services that might be necessary for the completion of the project (e.g. Structural engineering, civil engineering, Site Plans, etc) Schedule a complete a kickoff meeting with the Architect of Record, during which you will go over the above, and your proposed solutions to each Within 2-3 business days, complete a Background Drawing and provide to Trileaf's internal MEP department, alongside a timeline for completion.
