Architectural Design Staff contribute to the overall team and assigned program in coordinating, scheduling, evaluating and developing processes to improve production efficiencies through the effective management of projects and tasks. Reviews Shop Drawings and Equipment Submittals for conformance to plan documents and project specifications. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university and 5 or more years of relevant experience is preferred; Or 7 years of relevant design experience without a degree is required. Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, or similar discipline, can substitute up to 1 year of work experience. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, AEC industry, codes and standards is required. Certified Plumbing Designer Certification is preferred. Completion of Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (FE) and certification as an Engineering in Training (EIT) with a state licensure board is preferred.
