Responsibilities The Design Leader will play a key role in increasing the presence of Walter P Moore's Enclosure Engineering Practice on the West Coast with a priority on winning work both regionally and nationally. The candidate must have a technical background and experience delivering enclosure engineering services with their own network of architects and owners. The Design Leader role is an outward facing role and the Design Leader will focus on business development and design leadership supporting the Managing Director who is focused on operations. Roughly sixty (60%) of the Design Leader's time will be focused on winning work with twenty (20%) of their time allocated to billable project work.
