Responsibilities of the Assembler:
Operate and maintain conventional, special purpose, and NC machines.
Assemble parts into complete units and verify dimensions and alignment.
Follow standard work, processes, and quality guidelines.
Set up, operate, and dismantle assembly and subassembly stations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs of assemblies.
Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Attend orientation and training sessions as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training.
Ability to read instructions, follow safety rules, and perform basic math.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift; lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work near moving mechanical parts in a noisy environment.
Steel-toed shoes required (half reimbursement available).

Perform assembly, fitting, filing, reaming, riveting, crimping, swaging, and adjusting operations

Secures pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers, using hand tools and power tools
