We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Soldering/Assembler to join our clients team. This role is responsible for soldering, wiring, and assembling small components and circuit boards according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams to ensure high-quality assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision soldering of wires and electronic components onto circuit boards.
Assemble and build electronic components, subassemblies, and circuit boards according to work instructions and schematics.
Run and connect wires on small components with accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
Use hand tools, soldering irons, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Troubleshoot and rework defective components as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Experience working with small components and hand tools.
Basic knowledge of electronics and wiring practices a plus.

Rotex is looking for a Minerals Screen Assembler 2nd Shift to join our team on the northside of Cincinnati, OH. Second shift hours are Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm-2:00am with overtime opportunities available.
Minerals Screen Assembler:
Apply screen mesh, perforated plate and other items to screen frames, in accordance with drawings and other specifications using necessary equipment, tools and fixtures. Perform any routine duties associated with the proper maintenance and operation of equipment.
Our manufacturing facility custom builds industrial separation equipment for a wide variety of industries globally. Most of our jobs require working with hand and power tools, and depending upon role, responsibilities may include building metal screening structures, building custom wooden crating, and assembly of equipment in various stages.

What You Will Do:
