3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (+$1.25 shift differential)
12-Hour Rotating Shifts:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (+$0.45 shift differential) / 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (+$1.25 shift differential)
Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next, working every other weekend
About the Role
As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations and report directly to the Department Supervisor. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our thermoformed and flexible packaging products.

Collaborate with team members and multiple departments to complete basic manufacturing tasks
Operate production machinery and equipment; retrieve and pack product into boxes
Make basic process adjustments to ensure quality output
