Purpose Statement
The General Laborer is responsible for performing labor tasks within and around the plant.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Must provide physical attendance.
Must be able to follow instructions, including standard manufacturing procedures and processes.
Working on the production floor to assist in the manufacture of our delicious pizza products following our standard operating procedures.
Works on a production line to assist with manufacturing our products following all production standard procedures (on all lines, re-cases, repackages and other product rework as assigned).
Complies with all Safety, GMP, Quality, Plant Policies and other Associate and food safety requirements.
Maintain clean and organized work area.
Feed pans and trays to the production line while maintaining the speed of the line.
Apply shipping labels on the shipper at the determined rate.
Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
Ensures that all production codes and labels are printed accurate and legible per product specifications.
Ensures that all packaging and materials are correct according to the SKU formula and integrity of appearance.
Must be able to work in COLD temperatures.
Must be able to read codes and change coder machines when needed.
At the end of the production day all unused materials will be resealed and returned to the designated location in the warehouse following standard procedures and all coding and taping machines will be turned off and cleaned in preparation for the following shift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Duties Job Description:
1) Assembles motor vehicles, such as parts for automobiles, trucks, buses, or limousines, at assigned workstations on moving assembly line, performing any combination of following repetitive tasks according to specifications and using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and production fixtures: Loads stamped metal body components into automated welding equipment that welds together components to form body subassemblies.
2) Positions and fastens together body subassemblies, such as side frames, underbodies, doors, hoods, and trunk lids, to assemble vehicle bodies and truck cabs preparatory to body welding process.
3) Bolts, screws, clips, or otherwise fastens together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.

The Assembler/Operator II plays a key role in our production team, assembling high-reliability electro-mechanical components. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting assembly instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists. This role involves gathering required tools and materials, positioning components using fixtures as needed, and assembling cables through cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and subassembly work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembly Operations
Assemble and manufacture wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical components following blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
Perform wire preparation tasks, including crimping, stripping, soldering, splicing, and termination.
Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and production standards.
Soldering & Wiring
Use a soldering iron to connect wires to switches, terminal strips, and connectors.
Route and tie wires according to specified layouts using color codes or numerical sequences on harness boards.
Inspection & Quality
Perform visual inspections and functional tests to verify quality and compliance.
Accurately maintain production records, including logs and reports related to output, machine maintenance, and product issues.

Experience

Proficient in soldering and familiar with electrical wiring, connectors, and cable routing.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical certifications (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620 or IPC/WHMA-610) are a plus but not mandatory.
