Some of today’s most successful large companies remain successful because they have attracted the smaller company philosophies that have enabled them to think globally, yet remain nimble and act and respond with the same speed as the smaller company. While functioning as CFO formally and often times as COO informally, I’ve: ►Enabled a network company to secure funding, expand facilities, and retain key partners by aligning the financial function with its strategic growth plans.►Positioned company providing test automation software to handle rapid growth, secure license and partner agreements, and continue growth through acquisition by building out its financial structure.►Secured $30M in funds from top tier investors for a startup networking company in the route control space. ►Closed a significant OEM relationship and raised over $40M in equity and debt to position a company in the voice and data space for a successful acquisition.
