Dominique Delagnes is the Chief Operating Officer for Averhealth. She leads a nationwide team of managers and clinicians who ensure things run smoothly at Averhealth’s laboratory in St. Louis, Missouri and patient service centers across the U.S.

Dominique is no stranger to substance use testing and toxicology, having spent 20 years in senior leadership roles in operations, account management, and customer service for companies like Alere Toxicology (Abbott) and PharmaChem. Dominique grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She moved to the East Coast to attend Boston University where she was a proud member of the BU women’s rowing team. She received her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in operations management.

Experienced Financial Executive with a demonstrated history of success spanning multiple financial functions, across a number of industries and in several domestic and international locales. Demonstrated leader with functional expertise in all aspects of finance including Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Business Development, Pension Management, Acquisition Integration, Tax planning, and Risk Management.

Ken Freedman is a Medical Director, SE Territory at AETNA INC PA; Treasurer and Chair of Finance Committee at American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM); and Physician Consultant at The Recovery Research Network and is based in Atlantis, Florida. He has worked as Staff Physician @ Institute of Living at Hartford Hosptal, Drug Formulary Commission at Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, and Medical Director of Ambulatory Care Services at Connecticut Valley Hospital. Ken attended Albany Medical College between 1989 and 1992, University of Hartford between 2002 and 2004, and Tel Aviv University between 1985 and 1989.
