Responsibilities:
Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Assists in the management of AWARE's IT Help Desk to determine and resolve problems received from staff.
Interact with numerous computer platforms.
Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including, associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
Trains and orients staff on use of hardware and software.
Configure, monitor, and maintain security camera systems and Access control systems.
Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software; as well as maintaining an active and accurate inventory system.
Orders computer supplies.
Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.
Assist with fieldwork as requested
Assists in the development and review of written policies and procedures governing all aspects of the Information Technology Department
Update and maintain company contacts
Set up and load computer equipment with required items and prepare computer equipment for operation
Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and correct them as directed by computer operation manuals, or supervisor.
Performs tasks necessary to prepare computers for delivery to requesting staff.
Able to react to change proactively, handle other essential tasks as assigned, and office work as assigned.
Maintains log of all work by utilizing IT helpdesk system; able to pull, terminate, and test low voltage wiring.

Responsibilities:
AWARE's adult case manager is a person who has the responsibility of coordinating, facilitating, and integrating treatment, care, and support, which is tailored to meet the specific needs of individual consumers. Duties and responsibilities include:
Coordinate meetings with case managers, clinicians, community-based providers, and/or support workers.
Ask questions: learn who will be informed of any changes in care, resources, and/or treatment.
Recognize that caring for an individual who has challenging mental health issues can be demanding on the individual, families, supporters, and clinicians. Organize respite when needed.
Double-check all appointment times and places.
Ask for information and appointment details in writing - copies of forms, letters, or emails.
Find out information about mental disorder, and learn about the consumer's journey, so that all are aware and can plan for the next stage.
Find out what organizations or agencies are involved in care and treatment.
Maintains a caseload established with the Service Director in order to work closely with programs in assigned service areas.
Assesses and evaluates adults to determine the appropriateness and need for case management services.
Assists in the person's entry into service and monitors the needed services throughout service system.
Provides coordination and comprehensive development of an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) and monitors that plan as required by established rules.
Follows State of Montana and A.W.A.R.E., Inc. rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines as they apply to this service.
Assures that any person serviced by Adult Case Management is screened for and assisted in enrollment in the SDMI Program.
Must demonstrate - on a consistent basis - the willingness and ability to productively utilize work time in order to meet the needs of the individuals being served as directed, with the understanding that specific fiscal goals (billing, case load number maintenance, weekly) must be met on a monthly basis.
Records notes, billing units, assessments, referrals, and other data entry assignments via AWARE's Electronic Healthcare Record System.
