You thrive in ambiguity and love building structure - whether it's a better forecast model or a faster feedback loop
You're detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a bias for action and accountability
You know how to balance risk, cash, and customer demand - and can zoom in and out between tactical and strategic work
You're creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
You're agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment

A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Even better…
Experience of privacy/regulatory frameworks and can advise on data processing agreements and security-related contract provisions.
