We are seeking a full-time (40 hour) Customer Service Representative I to join our team at the Cedarburg branch. As a CSR I, you'll greet customers, handle everyday transactions accurately, and share helpful information about our banking services. Along the way you'll develop transferable skills in cash handling, communication, and problem-solving that can serve you throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
* Process transactions accurately while maintaining security and compliance
* Educate customers about banking products and services
* Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matters most.
