As a Barista, your primary responsibilities include: Greet and engage residents in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other specialty drinks Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure quality drinks Curate menu to showcase featured beverages Ensure that residents are satisfied with their orders and address any concerns Keep the barista station clean and organized, including equipment and countertops Monitor inventory and manage stock levels or coffee, milk, syrups and supplies What you bring to the role: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with prospective and current residents.
