EX: "I only like working on the bar" or "I don't like to make drinks so I will stay at the register" Being able to work with a sense of urgency. This doesn't mean we want you to work 100mph all day every day and risk injuring yourself or exhausting yourself so that we can get as much out of you as we can (which is usually what most businesses want). What we do want, is people who can distinguish when it's time to pick up the pace and get things done when needed and still be able to keep things in order and clean while doing so (A long line during a busy portion of the day), and when it's alright to work at a normal pace. Working with a sense of urgency also comes with being able to work in high-stress moments without it affecting your demeanor. Hi hello goodbye is so mundane and boring. We want people who can elevate the customer experience while balancing the stores priorities. If these are all things that make sense to you and you could abide by our principles then please reach out! We are looking forward to hearing from you. Please Answer all questions fully. Any skipped or lack of effort in questions will be screened out automatically. Thanks :)
