This includes assisting in training apprentices, journeymen, and other field personnel to ensure all tasks are performed safely and with high quality.Primary Responsibilities Understands how the Carpenter interacts with a Laborer during the tank building process and can direct the work as required. Establishes crews, assigns responsibilities and follows through on assigned work to meet the project timeline. Reads and interprets tank drawings and construction information package to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
