Located in Poplar Plaza, The Studio offers a unique and exciting experience with private karaoke rooms reserved by the hour, and a limited food & beverage menu. We're looking for positive, reliable, and professional individuals to join our founding service team. Position Overview: As a Service Bartender, you'll play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences by preparing and crafting drinks for guests in our private karaoke rooms. You provide steady support to Suite Hosts with prompt and accurate drink orders, while ensuring the beverage operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure each room has the perfect drink for every celebration. While this role is primarily back-of-house, you may occasionally interact with guests during drink pickup/drop-off or special events. Your craft, energy, and attention to detail help create a refreshing experience for our guests and our team. Key Responsibilities: Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, from non-alcoholic beverages to cocktails maintaining accuracy and consistency by following recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards; Prepare garnishes, juices, or any other ingredients required for a successful service. Service Bar Maintenance & Organization: Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and fully stocked bar area; Wash and sanitize barware and glassware; Assist in monitoring and maintaining bar inventory. Compliance & Safety: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Tennessee alcohol service regulations at all times. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Operational Support: Jump in where needed whether that is delivering food and beverages to guest rooms or assisting with general FOH tasks. Attendance: Consistent and reliable attendance.
