Performs assigned side jobs on a daily and weekly basis. Follows all safety and sanitation rules and regulations. Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership and assists in other Dining areas as needed. Follows rules concerning personal appearance and work performance, adhering to all service training and expectations. Assumes responsibility for self-safety and that of immediate work environment. Attending annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures. Ability to work well under pressure, and to maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers and management. Adheres to all Community Policies and Procedures. Additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications No experience required. Must be 15 years of age or older. Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50lb. Possesses the ability to follow instructions, works well with others and maintains a good rapport with residents.
