Brings all performance issues to the Director, Food Service or the Executive Director and takes appropriate action. 4. Schedules employees to meet the labor budget alongside the Director, Food Service to manage the labor daily to control labor. 5. Maintains a clean dining room. This includes all equipment, walls, table tops and bases, and chairs. Ensures linens are changed as needed and table top condiments and salt and pepper shakers are kept clean. 6. Ensures they and any employees working with them work in a safe manner and that unsafe actions are managed. Compliant with Safety Committee Standard. Should workplace injuries occur, the Department Heads and Directors are to assist the Executive Director when required with the investigation, return to work, and management of the injured worker communication with care provider and Distinctive Living. 7. Fosters teamwork with co-workers, shows initiative in overcoming obstacles, takes actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and has a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors. 8.
