Part-Time Position Summary of Essential Job Functions Approach each guest interaction with the mindset of exceeding guest expectations. Achieve high beverage revenue and low beverage cost. Ensure every guest is greeted and orders are taken and executed right away. Clear tables as guests depart and when empty glassware is presented. Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
