ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender. * Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed. * Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly. * Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs. * Replenish ice at the bar. * Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment. * Prepare food items for drink preparation. * Manage trash pickup and disposal. * Maintain personal health and sanitation standards. * Review procedures to improve service and safety. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be 21 years of age or older. * Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge. * Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE). * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. * Knowledge of guest service principles and processes. * Good oral communication skills. * Mature judgment and professionalism. * Ability to understand and follow orders. * Ability to understand written information.
