What will you do?
Painting, hanging, and repairing drywall, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks, as well as plumbing work, including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and lawn maintenance
Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods, and occasionally larger tasks, such as office remodels
Small engine repair and maintenance
Ensuring tools and equipment are good for use and keeping the maintenance room in a neat condition
Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
