To deliver a great guest experience - Front of House Shift Lead will be the team lead for the front of house staff as well as serve food and beverages in a timely manner, helping guests to have memorable experiences whenever and wherever they dine. Responsibilities: Leadership and problem-solving abilities Supervise front of house employees during shift Use your experience and attentive nature to assist the F&B Manager in all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations to elevate the guest experience and ensure associate safety, overall restaurant cleanliness and set up. Oversee servers, food runners and bartenders to ensure optimal appearance and exceptional guest care, watchful of guests' needs for service. Monitor the sidewalk for all servers.
