Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service
Wash and restock barware/glasses
Remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays
Prepare bar for service - wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift
Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies
Perform opening and closing work as requested
Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals
Skills Required:
Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure
Experience / Education:
Previous experience and TIPS certification preferred
