Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent service. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle several tasks at once without compromising quality. Must have a valid bartending license or certification (where applicable). Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
