**PROGRAM OVERVIEW**
Our 18-month CHAiNGERS Operations & Supply Chain Trainee Program prepares you for a fast-track development in the Operations & Supply Chain organization at Henkel Adhesives Technologies. As a CHAiNGER, you will receive a permanent employment contract from day one, enjoy high visibility and benefit from global career opportunities.
Throughout this time, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the different functions of Operations & Supply Chain, take over projects in our plants, build a broad network, benefit from an individual training and development plan that will prepare you for future management positions.
**What you´ll do**
+ Full engagement with the 18-month trainee program, acquiring a broad overview of the role and tasks of operations and supply chain management at Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
+ Support daily activities at your designated plant, resulting in an overall understanding and appreciation for the full AO value chain - this includes introduction to different supply chain-related functions like strategy, digital business, procurement, and sales to build a broad understanding of the organization.
+ Own and drive multiple cross-functional projects that lend to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain.
+ Engage in training and networking experiences to drive preparation for taking on potential leadership roles within our organization in the future.

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Computer), Materials Science, Business Administration or Economics with successful academic record (3.0 or above is preferred).

The role involves developing deep relationships with radiology stakeholders, imaging managers, procurement leaders, and IT and biomed teams, while effectively navigating health system decision-making processes and engaging the broader Radiology ecosystem (including suites, OEMs, service hubs, radiologists, and system integrators).
The Computed Tomography Sales Consultant sells, coordinates, and promotes products and services, while mentoring internal teams and leading impactful sales and marketing presentations. They ensure customer success by delivering clinical and operational economic value aligned with key customer priorities, coordinating resources across Bayer's cross-functional teams, and embedding the Radiology Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model.
The span of coverage will be Southern North Carolina, covering Charlotte and Willmington; South Carolina, covering Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston, and Northeast Georgia, covering Augusta, Savannah and Athens. The candidate must live within the territory.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the CT portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
* Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes across systems and accounts to build Bayer sphere of influence within the account;
* Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, stakeholders, and growth opportunities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
* Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate CT solutions into strategic accounts;
* Generate quotes and support the proposal process in alignment with SAMs/AMs to ensure consistency and compliance;
* Collaborate with CT and MR roles in shared accounts with clear differentiation from MR counterparts, as the CTSC is expected to bring an engineering/technical orientation distinct from the molecule/clinical science focus of the MR role;
* Proactively communicate insights with SAMs and Ams;
* Utilize enterprise value selling (EVS) tools and business insights to support customer needs and drive value;
* Ensure strong customer relationship management (CRM) discipline by maintaining accurate pipeline data, documenting key stakeholders, logging activities, and leveraging sales reports to inform territory strategy;
* Act as a proactive business partner to Customer Squad team, sharing insights on customer trends internally and contribute toward strategic account plans;
* Provide complete reports on sales, market activity, and technical inquiries to leadership;
* Deliver value-focused, insight-driven presentations tailored to CT workflow and outcomes based on deep technical and clinical understanding of CT workflows across the suite;
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, communicating insights to leadership;
* Leverage data and reporting to make strategic decisions/accountability and consistency in capturing and managing product pipeline;
* Ensure seamless sales handoff and connectivity at initial stages to downstream support teams (service, clinical, medical, etc.) to maintain continuity of customer experience;
* Ensure compliance with Bayer policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all engagements;
* Manage resources effectively, including expense reporting, protect company assets, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulation.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 95,680.00 to $ 143,520.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.

Leads and assists in the fabrication, construction, installation, and modification of new, existing and customized equipment throughout the facility.
Determines finalized pipe routing, fit up dimensions, and support requirements for a variety of industrial piping.
Safely performs preventive and predictive maintenance and repair of all industrial equipment associated with the operation of the facility and production of chemicals.
Leads and assists in troubleshooting equipment for mechanical and electrical equipment
Performs general carpentry and metal fabrication work with a variety of materials.
Performs equipment lubrication tasks with oils, greases, filters, pumps, and other advanced tools (ultrasonic tools).
Performs basic facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and occasional snow removal and salting.
Operates or works with forklifts and other heavy equipment (telehandler, boom truck / crane, skid steer, etc...).

Responsible for overseeing inplant operations at the assigned customer. Supports new customer trials and provides press side support on technical issues
Achieves Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of Sun's product offering to the customer through communication with CTS or product specialists, and training.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Technical Degree (BS); or equivalent level of industry experience.
10+ years general industry management experience; and 5+ years printing or chemical industry related experience.
Experienced in dispensing software platforms (Novaflow, SPEC, Mixmaster, etc.)
Experienced in color matching technologies (X-Rite, Sun Color Box, etc.)
Must have strong ink room and printing process knowledge.
This is a customer facing position that requires a higher degree of interpersonal skill.

What We're Looking For:
Filtering finished latex from reactors to storage tanks, including: the verification that the latex is within all specifications, calculation of correct storage tank capacity, proper sampling and recordkeeping (valve placement sheets, shift log, filing charts, etc.).
Manufacture, packaging and shipment of customer bulk orders, including: the calculation of correct tanker input/output, inspection of the tanker, proper sampling, completion of the weight ticket and the bill of lading.
Manufacture, packaging and shipment of customer drum orders, including: proper sampling and labeling, completion of the packing list and the bill of lading and the proper use of a forklift.
Proper selection and use of pumps, lines, hoses and filtration equipment including inspection and cleaning as well as informing their Team Leader of maintenance work requests needed to repair defective equipment.
Daily checks and maintenance of the scrubber system including: sampling, draining knock-out pots, adjusting flows, changing out solutions and recording QC results in the log book.
Storage of raw materials and finished products in an organized and safe manner.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the MR portfolio across assigned accounts and territory by effectively positioning and differentiating Bayer solutions from competitor offerings;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, MR technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees (VACs) to expand Bayer's Magnetic Resonance presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;

* Generate quotes and scope proposals with oversight from SAMs/AMs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and compliance standards;

As part of the Advanced Materials division, this site produces a liquid acrylic polymer emulsion, which can be identified in end-use products such as latex or coatings applications.
What We're Looking For:
* Filtering finished latex from reactors to storage tanks, including: the verification that the latex is within all specifications, calculation of correct storage tank capacity, proper sampling and recordkeeping (valve placement sheets, shift log, filing charts, etc.).
* Manufacture, packaging and shipment of customer bulk orders, including: the calculation of correct tanker input/output, inspection of the tanker, proper sampling, completion of the weight ticket and the bill of lading.
* Manufacture, packaging and shipment of customer drum orders, including: proper sampling and labeling, completion of the packing list and the bill of lading and the proper use of a forklift.
* Proper selection and use of pumps, lines, hoses and filtration equipment including inspection and cleaning as well as informing their Team Leader of maintenance work requests needed to repair defective equipment.
* Daily checks and maintenance of the scrubber system including: sampling, draining knock-out pots, adjusting flows, changing out solutions and recording QC results in the log book.
* Storage of raw materials and finished products in an organized and safe manner.
* General housekeeping in the process and warehouse areas.
Skills That Make a Difference:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Previous experience as an operator in a chemical manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
* A high level of safety awareness is required.

They generate demand for the CT / CV portfolio by leveraging territory knowledge, strong customer relationships, and consultative expertise across systems, stakeholders, and contracts. The Computed Tomography Sales Consultant sells, coordinates, and promotes products and services, while mentoring internal teams and leading impactful sales and marketing presentations. They ensure customer success by delivering clinical and operational economic value aligned with key customer priorities, coordinating resources across Bayer's cross-functional teams, and embedding the Radiology Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model.
The span of coverage will be Southern North Carolina, covering Charlotte and Willmington; South Carolina, covering Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston, and Northeast Georgia, covering Augusta, Savannah and Athens. The candidate must live within the territory.
**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Achieve sales and revenue targets for the CT portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
+ Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
+ Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes across systems and accounts to build Bayer sphere of influence within the account;
+ Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, stakeholders, and growth opportunities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
+ Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate CT solutions into strategic accounts;
+ Generate quotes and support the proposal process in alignment with SAMs/AMs to ensure consistency and compliance;

+ Proactively communicate insights with SAMs and Ams;
