What you'll be doing: No two weeks are exactly the same, but you can count on a few constants. Including : Helping teammates navigate and resolve questions with company-supported hardware, software, and applications, using documented procedures and the support of the broader IT team. Helping prepare reports that give insight into help desk activity and opportunities for improvement. Setting up new employee workstations, including hardware, operating systems, software, and cabling. Tracking issues through resolution and keeping help desk documentation accurate and up to date. Supporting IT asset inventory, training materials, and vendor coordination. About you: You're someone who: Enjoys helping people and takes satisfaction in creative problem solving. Has a high school diploma or GED (required). An associate's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is a plus. Has 0-1 year of experience in corporate IT or a service desk environment. Is familiar with issue-tracking systems and IT support workflows. Holds certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+, preferably. Is organized, communicative, and eager to learn. Why Baskervill?
