Ensure our bathrooms are clean and well-stocked Cross-train in various restaurant positions and functions Safely and effectively use chemical cleaning products Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers As a cook, primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Quickly scan and interpret order tickets and abbreviations Adhere to safe, clean, and sanitary cooking practices, compliant with company and health regulations Exercise discernment to achieve perfectly cooked wings (utilizing timers and basket positions) Skillfully sauce and garnish bone-in wings, boneless wings and strips Prepare side items, including fries. You'll be hands-on, coaching teams, keeping shops running smoothly, and making sure customers leave happy. Schedule (Spring-Fall): Full-time in NJ shops. Expect 5 long shifts per week (10-11 hrs) plus weekends/nights. Mileage reimbursement applies between store locations. What You'll Do: Keep shops running: scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and jumping in when needed. Oversee customer service, cake orders/decorating, and off-site catering/events. Manage inventory, deliveries, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. Handle financial reporting, labor goals, payroll, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and standards. Support 25-60 staff across shops, building a strong, motivated team.

RESTAURANT MANAGER - LEAD WITH PURPOSE AT DUNKIN' Are you a results-driven leader who loves building strong teams and creating great customer experiences? Southpaw is looking for a Restaurant Manager who's ready to take ownership of operations, drive performance, and grow a high-performing team-one cup of coffee at a time.
