Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
*BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Job Description
We are seeking a creative BCBA who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism and ready to join our expanding Pennsylvania team in providing each child and family with the highest quality and most effective treatment available. General Responsibilities
Implement, develop, and and monitor ABA/NDBI treatment goals in accordance with each child's individualized treatment plan
Supervise ABA/NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in the childs natural environment setting
Provide parent/teacher coaching and support; implement/model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques with parents/teachers during childs everyday routines
Conduct appropriate standardized and developmental assessments (i.e., Vineland-3, ABAS-3, SRS-2, ESDM Checklist, Social Communication Checklist, Functional Behavior Assessment, etc.)
Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plan and strategies as needed for family and/or school
Collaborate with teachers and/or other caregivers and professionals
Provide direct ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to bachelor and Master's level Behavior Therapists
Aggregate and analyze appropriate data to make data-based decisions
Prepare and present progress data in comprehensive progress report
Adhere to all BACB standards
Qualifications and Skills
Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Minimum of 1 year preferred working in a supervisory role with families and Behavior Therapists/RBTs
Minimum of 2 years preferred working with young children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays
Experience working with toddlers demonstrating delays in development or diagnosis of Autism is a plus
Experience implementing NDBI in practice (i.e., ESDM, G-ESDM, JASPER, Project ImPACT) is a plus
Prioritizes child-led and compassionate approach to care
Possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Passion to implement high quality, effective, child-centered intervention with toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* In conjunction with the Academic Success Coaches, provide students assistance with registration including advising students, processing add/drops from courses, checking prerequisites, class availability, and reviewing the academic standing of students.
* Help the students review and submit the Academic Reinstatement Appeal
* Implement student assessment, review with students and program team, and monitor progress of students who are on probation, suspension, or identified as "at-risk" by university standards.
* Identify and executes new and/or revised strategies to maximize retention efforts through a holistic retention model. Assists in the implementation and evaluation of these strategies.
* Responds to faculty/staff submitted early alerts and supports students in establishing goals to promote success.
* Acts as a liaison for academic support services such as tutoring, library services, and Student Support Services programs on campus.
* Acts as a liaison between various student affairs areas such as Counseling, Student Disability, Services, Career Services and Financial Aid.
* Practices data-driven outreach, proactive resource referral, and timely academic solution interventions to meet the needs of students.
* Maintains confidential student records and program data.
* Documents Advising notes, Check-Ins, and other academic interventions.

Job Description
We are seeking a creative BCBA who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism and ready to join our expanding Pennsylvania team in providing each child and family with the highest quality and most effective treatment available. General Responsibilities
Implement, develop, and and monitor ABA/NDBI treatment goals in accordance with each child's individualized treatment plan
Supervise ABA/NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in the childs natural environment setting
Provide parent/teacher coaching and support; implement/model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques with parents/teachers during childs everyday routines
Conduct appropriate standardized and developmental assessments (i.e., Vineland-3, ABAS-3, SRS-2, ESDM Checklist, Social Communication Checklist, Functional Behavior Assessment, etc.)
Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plan and strategies as needed for family and/or school
Collaborate with teachers and/or other caregivers and professionals
Provide direct ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to bachelor and Master's level Behavior Therapists
Aggregate and analyze appropriate data to make data-based decisions
Prepare and present progress data in comprehensive progress report
Adhere to all BACB standards
Qualifications and Skills
Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Minimum of 1 year preferred working in a supervisory role with families and Behavior Therapists/RBTs
Minimum of 2 years preferred working with young children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays
Experience working with toddlers demonstrating delays in development or diagnosis of Autism is a plus
Experience implementing NDBI in practice (i.e., ESDM, G-ESDM, JASPER, Project ImPACT) is a plus

Role Mission: The IDEA Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) demonstrates knowledge and skill in providing behavior analysis services and behavior management plans for students with Autism in the age range of 3-9 years old through the SOAR (Successful Outcomes through Autism Resources). The BCBA will provide support and professional learning to school site staff, RBTs, co-teachers, and parents in appropriate behavior intervention techniques; conducts assessments and develops plans that conform to state and federal legal frameworks.
Location:
Language for regional roles: This is a full-time position located in (Region). Preference will be given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate.
In this role you will:
Supports Special Education teachers in developing Functional Behavior Assessments that yield strong Behavior Intervention Plans
Coaches school staff and parents in implementing behavior supports consistently to support students with Autism in moving into the least restrictive environment
Follows correct procedures for maintaining records and services.
Train registered behavior technicians on ABA and student's program and initial RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training
Directly observe treatments/services administered by RBTs
Review RBT's documentation and data collection and provides feedback
Develop and oversee parent trainings to facilitate generalization of skills across all environments.
Develop and oversee General Education teacher trainings to ensure an understanding of how to provide behavioral supports for students in mainstream environments.
Develop and oversee Special education Teacher trainings to ensure consistent implementation of appropriate behavioral supports.
Supervisory Responsibility
The BCBA may supervise the Registered Behavior Technician Assistant (RBTA), depending on the region
Required Experience
Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis required
Valid certification as a BCBA in the state of Texas
1+ years of experience as a BCBA

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $78,900 and $92,000, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.

Primary Purpose: Assist the classroom teacher to provide for physical and instructional needs of students in the general and/or special education setting. Assist in implementation of classroom programs, including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs. Work under general supervision of principal and immediate direction of certified teacher.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Certificate
High School diploma or GED (Recognized by the Texas Education Agency or Regional Accrediting Agency)
