Responsibilities:
* Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA
* Utilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data
* Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
* Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
* Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
* Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
* Provides services in both the home and community settings
Qualifications:
* Registered BehavioralTechnician (RBT) certification or have a certificate of completion for the 40-hour RBT training
* Valid driver's license and transportation
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Professional demeanor and a positive "can-do" attitude
* Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
* Basic computer skills
* Flexibility and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations

* All non-registered technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 60 days of hire.

Registered BehaviorTechnician job responsibilities include:
Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training

Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior

Job Summary:
The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute sessions. The average caseload for full-time Therapists will be approximately 30 client sessions per week. We recognize that it may take time to build a solid caseload and are willing to work with you on a part-time basis until you become full-time, if that is your desire. We also hire part-time Teletherapists who have availability to offer at least 7 sessions per week.

What would you be doing?
Our home-based treatment involves working directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home), to teach them how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills.
BE's Registered BehaviorTechnicians make the home-session fun by teaching through play-based activities.
We offer training to all staff, so they feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism.
This is a part-time role requiring 9-15 hours per week.
What do you bring to the role?
Minimum of High School diploma. College course work a plus
RBT Certification with License (EXAM)
A love and Passion for working with children
Interest in learning
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
At least the weekdays w/ afternoons preferable 3-7pm
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
Compensation:
We believe in fair and competitive compensation. As such, we provide benefits outside of your hourly rate to give you the support and energy you need to bring your best self to your role.
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications

What You'll Do
Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
