Job Description

Schedule
Part-time employees are assigned either a morning or afternoon time slot. Any part-time candidate must be able to work Monday - Friday and one of the following schedules within their assigned time slot:
Morning Time Slot:

Key responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 direct client care utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and naturalistic environment training

Follow and record data for prescribed toilet training, function living, adaptive, and desensitization protocols
Collect, record, and summarize data for observable client behavior
Under the supervision of the case manager and/or ACM update and maintain data collection systems and disseminate information to the team
Write and submit a clinic note by the end of every session
Write and provide a parent note for each session
Accept, apply, and provide positive and constructive feedback regarding clinical and professional skills on a regular basis
Assist with assessments, session support and material development
Attend on-going staff education and training on client behavioral and skill acquisition protocols through case management, staff development, and morning meetings
Complete assigned readings and objectives
Complete daily RBT duties as assigned
