Applicants must have a Master Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or another related field of study. The Behavior Specialist's primary function is to apply the principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis to promote positive and meaningful behavioral change for the company's clients.
