What we are looking for:

Position Duties Include
Manage and schedule your visits . You'll travel around the area to provide 1:1 nursing services to patients in their home.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help provide the best care possible to our patients.
Provide clinical supervision to our caregivers, making sure they are following the care plan and inspiring them to provide excellent care .
Qualifications
Qualified applicants need a valid MN Registered Nurse license and interest in visiting patients in their homes in the Ogema and surrounding area. This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys direct patient contact, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
