Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, paper supplies, toiletries etc. to maintain par level of items going into the room by room type. Report any missing items from hotel rooms & turn into Lead or Supervisor. Stocks cart, counts, folds and carries linens. Cleans hotel areas as assigned to enhance the overall experience and enlighten the guests stay. Remove disposable items from storerooms, lobby, office areas, and corridors. Listens and responds to guest concerns in a timely fashion to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Does “knock & talk” on stayover rooms to verify guest needs & ensure guest satisfaction.
